ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCHING

  • Providing your items are in stock, non-personalized orders are usually shipped within 2 working days from our warehouse.
  • Personalized orders are usually shipped within 4-5 working days from our warehouse.

Please note, that during peak seasons including the months before Wedding Season/Diwali, new product launches, or sale periods, we receive a large volume of orders, which may result in slight processing or shipping delays.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery time in India varies from 4-7 working days after shipping, depending on the serviceability as per the logistics/ courier partner.

Please note that Non-personalized orders are shipped within 2 working days after the order is placed and thereafter it will take 2 to 7 working days to reach you and personalized orders are shipped within 4-5 working days and thereafter it will 2 to 7 working days to reach you.

We do not take any responsibility for goods being delayed due to shipping constraints or being held by courier partners.

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

We are offering free Shipping all over India for a limited time.

 

EXCEPTIONS

If the delivery address is not easily accessible or the buyer is not responding to calls by the logistics partner, delivery time may be more than our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email ID or phone number provided by you. We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Makemyenvelope is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Makemyenvelope. We shall endeavor to ensure the timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

 

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Makemyenvelope, including but not limited to poor courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, force majeure events as laid out hereinafter, we shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by store credits/full refund (only possible in case of non-personalized orders). However, if the shipment remains undelivered or is RTO (Return to Origin) due to incorrect/incomplete address or buyer unavailability, no refund or store credit will be offered. The shipment may be resent to you on payment of the shipment charges including the RTO charges.
